Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.**This position reports to**:Project Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Managing financial and human resources for the fulfillment of objectives.- Control expenses according to the Full Project Cost (Budget) and meet the delivery time.- Develop the Forecast Gross Margin billing and monthly project or order giving maintenance and monitoring through the follow-up at the SAP system.- Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders and perform the appropriate procedures for production, including the coordination of mechanical and electrical engineering.- Review, manage and approve orders to be transferred to execution.- Monitoring in coordination with purchase team the reception of materials to keep production process flowing.- Monitoring manufacturing progress and manage customer reporting.- Monitor the loading of the ERP BOM and create budgets.- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project and monitor CCRPs and pursue growth opportunities of the order.- Negotiation with customers.- Good financial skills to provide estimated Gross Marging for projects under execution.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineer.- 7 years of experience in project management or similar.- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, interim financial, electrical and mechanical design (engineering, commissioning and troubleshooting).- Experience performing electrical designs based on customer requirements and aligned to standards.- Knowledge and electrical design in European and American systems.- Availability to travel.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
