Responsible for fulfilling the project objectives and commitments.- Manage the Project-related communication with the Customer: organize Project Kick-Off- and Follow-up Meetings with the Customer; dispatch external Project Reporting; and deal project-wise with the changes requested by the Customer.- Manage answers to customer's technical questions by using internal resources, processes and tools.- Leading and Coordinating all parts of the Thales organization from the Project launch up to the Customer Delivery.- Organize internal Project Meetings.- Manage, coordinate, motivate and inform all relevant parts of the organization.- Write a Project Management Plan if required and agreed during Kick-Off.- Ensure writing and validate the Project Test Plans and Test Results.- Be responsible for Bug Reporting and Correction.- Ensure consistent and on-time the issuance of detailed Specifications.- Manage the project risks and impacts.- Dispatch internal project Reporting.- Ensure Project follow-up.- Responsible for Escalation on major conflicts.- Lead the Acceptance, responsible for the Delivery.- Ensure transfer to the Maintenance/Support-Team if applicable.**REQUIREMENTS**- Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related.- Technical knowledge, project management, and integration.- Previous experience in a relevant field (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent.- Fluent in English.- Good verbal and writing communicator, customer and business oriented, organized, autonomous, rigorous, works well under pressure, team player, good interpersonal skills, creative, analytical thinker, problem-solver, positive attitude.
