.**PMO****Sante Fe (presencial)****Job Summary**:We are seeking an experienced **PMO Professional** to support our client organizations in managing and executing their projects effectively. In this role, you will work closely with clients to establish project governance, processes, and reporting systems, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, improving project execution capabilities, and ensuring alignment with business goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Client Engagement**: Partner with client organizations to assess their project management needs, offer strategic recommendations, and develop customized project management frameworks.- **Project Oversight**: Assist client teams in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- **Governance Frameworks**: Implement governance standards and project management best practices tailored to client environments, ensuring consistency in project execution.- **Risk Management**: Identify and address project risks and issues, helping clients mitigate risks and avoid project delays.- **Project Reporting**: Establish project tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing clear visibility into project progress, budget, and resources to client stakeholders.- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work with client leadership and teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and communication.- **Process Improvement**: Advise and assist clients in improving project management processes and tools, leading to increased efficiency and success rates.- **Resource Management**: Guide clients on effective resource allocation, workload balancing, and optimization across multiple projects.- **Training & Mentorship**: Provide guidance and training to client project managers and teams to improve their project management capabilities and ensure long-term success.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably with experience supporting client organizations or in consulting environments.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.- PMP, or similar project management certification required.- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different client environments.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical, tailored solutions.- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, or similar.**Preferred Skills**:- Previous experience in a consulting firm or client service environment.- Ability to adapt quickly to different client cultures and project environments.- Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and project budgeting
