Solicita New Programs & Molding Quality Management.Responsible for New Programs development & Implementation, Quality Controls Development & Monitoring as well as customer follow up to quality concerns & projects PPAPs.Education & Experience- 5 years experience in technical knowledge of plastic injection processing / molding.- 2 years experience in engineering projects.- 2 years experience in Quality development positions such as Quality leader or Quality Engineer.- Degree or Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Similar Design).Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for preparing and maintaining a project timeline to be shared with the core team and customer.- Request all Customer Specific Requirements for each project.- Analyze Production Drawings & Specifications to consider for quoting & Company's capabilities assurance.- Conduct a feasibility study for project's capabilities / requirements; ensure the scope of work is within ITM de Mexico's capacity.- Follow up through quality & purchasing departments on the APQP Status from the Sub-Suppliers until they're released.- Lead cost revisions for projects- Analyze Facilities & installation requirements for new projects- Coordinate through the quality department the Process Capability Studies (cpk's)- Submit a Production Part Approval Request to the automotive customers (PPAP)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Uniformes gratuitosTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Uso de CUBREBOCAS
