Our company's culture values productive teamwork, promotes a collaborative environment and encourages, supports, and celebrates each other's successes.**Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities**The Project Manager for the Professional Services team is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects while reporting to the Professional Services Manager. Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important duties and responsibilities for the ProjectManager include:- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets while identifying resources needed, developing schedules, and measuring results in ConnectWise Manage.- Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member.- Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members.- Coordinate delivery and implementation of projects that meet quality assurance standards.- Assist project team in design and development tasks.- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements.- Drive problem investigation and resolution as required.- Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production.- Design and maintain technical and project documentation.**Skills and Qualification**A successful Project Manager will have the following prerequisite skills and expertise:- Understanding of Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.G., agile/scrum).- Proven leadership skills.- Strong communication and analysis skills.- Time management skills.- Cost and risk management experience.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to make important decisions under pressure.- Superb problem-solving skills.**Requirements**:- A bachelor's in Computer Science or a Business-related field desirable.- Minimum requirement Associate degree in Computer Science or a Business-related field.- PMP certification preferred, but not required
