.The Partner Development Representative (PDR) program at Google Cloud is responsible for supporting Google's largest and most strategic ISV partners in their co-sell activities with Google Field Sales Representatives (FSRs)As the Project Manager for the program, your mission is to independently and proactively manage the team's daily operations as well as implement changes in strategic direction set by the team's leadership. Your expertise in project management will drive improvements in current processes as the program evolves.You are a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors to achieve business outcomes. You are keen on both raising the bar as well as providing detail-oriented program management for a global program that spans across NorthAmerica, EMEA and Asia with a team of 35+ resources.**Responsibilities**:- Represents the program to new onboarding partners, external vendors and internal stakeholders.- Documents, organizes and follows up on all components required of the program, including contracts, credits, headcount, staffing, approvals in process, meeting action items, etc.- Drives planning and execution of projects in partnership with the Program Managers across all regions and answers inquiries about the program- Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies- Drives tracking and analysis of KPIs, implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results- Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between PDR team and internal stakeholders. Monitor, track and review MBRs. Report findings and escalations from the review.- Produces and maintains project plans and scope requirement documentation for all aspects of the program- Drives engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders - build and maintain vendor relationships, leads calls and cadence meetings and also contract reviews- Owns the PDR Program knowledge-base. Creates training initiatives and materials to promote self-serving experience for team members and partners closely with the program trainers- Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime- Leads the credit disbursement and management process, which requires extreme attention to detail.- Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level
