To support this transformation, the Global R&D Information Technology group is enhancing its capacity to support operations, business analysis, and the creation of new capabilities in alignment with our Dev/Sec/Ops service model.**Your Impact**As a **Project Manager **your scope would consist of:- Project Planning and Management:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.- Coordinate and lead project meetings, setting agendas and documenting action items.- Resource Management:- Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, budget) to ensure project success.- Ensure team members have clear roles and responsibilities.- Stakeholder Communication:- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.- Risk Management:- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.- Develop contingency plans and implement necessary actions to minimize project risks.- Quality Assurance:- Ensure all projects adhere to the company's quality standards.- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects.- Budget Management:- Develop and manage project budgets.- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.- Performance Tracking:- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.- Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor's degree in technology, Management, Engineering, or related field.- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification (preferred)
