We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Project Manager Role Overview: As an Omni-Channel Project Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel projects, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution with cross-functional teams.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client and stakeholders relationships, communicate project status, and resolve conflicts.
• Team Leadership: Mentor teams, assign tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of Omni-channel strategies, digital marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, Email Marketing, Social Media), and emerging technologies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data for insights and provide regular project updates.
Top Skills: • Expertise in managing complex, multi-channel projects • Strong project managing technologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing technologies and platforms.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and SFMC.
