As a Project Manager you will be responsible for outlining and developing projects.
Design the project goals, determine how success will be tracked, to ensure the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals.
**The Role**Key responsibilities include:- Translate business & operation needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards- Prepares and completes action plans- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project- Act as a liaison between the project team and upper-level management- Identify and manage project risks- Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals- Efficiently and effectively trouble shoot and to resolve project issues- Eliciting regional requirements- Prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organizational goalsYou will have the opportunity to:- Join a regional, collaborative team, where you'll be mentored by H&B seniors- Interact with interdisciplinary teams of different countries- Acquire deeper business knowledge of Health, life insurances and other corporate benefits**The Requirements**- Advanced time management and analytical skills- Excellent client-facing communication skills- Sense of accountability, owning one's work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement- Desire to learn, accept new challenges, and have fun- Strong familiarity with project methodologies and best practices (PMB, Lean, Scrum)- Good knowledge of management and information systems- Proficient in MS Office (including Excel), MS Project, Windows platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in written and spoken English required- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in in computer science, management information system or business administration- 3 - 5 years' experience in project managementEqual Opportunity Employer
