**What You Will Do**:Google Workspace Organizational Change Manager.The Organizational Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing change within the organization.
This role will be part of the Employee Messaging & Services and will report to the Manager, Employee Messaging & Services.
The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors and solution partners to ensure smooth and successful implementation of change initiatives.Responsibilitoes include but are not limited to:- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and google workspace initiatives.- Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives.- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.- Develop and deliver digital communication programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed.- Own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption.Success Metrics:- Successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.- High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives.- Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.
**What You Will Need**:**Basics**:- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in change management or a related role.- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions
