** As a GVI Project Manager you will collaborate in the best multicultural team developing breathtaking architecture around the world.You will coordinate all phases of high scale architectural projects.
**Fundamental purpose**To **manage** the development of assigned projects and the resources available to **ensure timely **compliance with the commitments agreed upon with the client and **applicable regulations**.
Ensure the **firm's quality standards** on each architectural Project.
Integrate different disciplines of **engineering, costs and construction codes,** supervising and guiding your team work to achieve the objectives, preserving the essence of the project generated during the design development stage.
**Work together with the client** to agree on the budget, evaluate the requirements and the environmental impact.
**Design and deliver projects according** to current trends and customer needs in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:- **Architectural/Engineering degree** (Licensure required).- 5 to 8 experiences in complete architectural process of projects and construction sites.
**(all project phases)**- Experience in **medium to high-scale projects** (Hotels, Stadiums, High Rise Vertical Residences, Offices, Shopping Centers).- Architectural related master degree (preferred)- Complementary studies or courses.
(preferred)- At least 3 - 5 experience years on **leading projects**.- **Advanced **software knowledge about Revit, Autocad, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.- **Intermediate** software knowledge about Rhino, Sketchup, Office and Vray/Maxwell (rendering software).- 2D and 3D graphic expression and representation.- Advanced-level structural criteria.- Client Management.- Project Management.- **English Proficiency Advanced level** (oral and written).- **Valid Visa and Passport**.Schedule:- Monday to Friday**Salary**:- Information given through job interview.If you are a Business Professional Architect with sensitivity to Project success and client engagementWe are waiting for you!
