**Project Manager - Energy Market**:

In this role, you will oversee automation and control projects in the Energy Markets in Mexico, providing clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Managing the development of project planning documents.
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering completed.
- 5+ years of experience in project management of projects in the energy market in Mexico. Working with big projects and customers (PEMEX, CFE, etc.) is desirable.
- Knowledge of distributed control systems and electrification is a plus.
- Experience using project management software is required.
- Demonstrable knowledge on excitation systems is a plus.
- Experience with PMI PMP is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent English level.
