**Responsibilities**:
- Manage consultative customer engagements with deep curiosity to deliver factory services and customer solutioning
- Build strong relationships and engagements that identify actionable insights for proposals to evolve and improve the team
- Proactively engage with other teams to successfully manage customer projects on schedule that exceed customer requirements
- Build partnerships with and manage activities of supporting teams to ensure completion of projects on or ahead of schedule
- Proactively communicate project status and manage issues/escalations to resolution and prevention
- Help identify innovation through deep curiosity, customer insights, and creative customer solutioning
- Support and help drive data analyses to develop insights that help evolve service offerings & solutioning and improve efficiencies
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- PMP/PMI certification preferred
- Typically 6-10 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Successful program/project management experiences involving multiple end user customers with a high sense of urgency
- Proficient use of and experience with project planning software and tools to create, manage, and track project results
- Demonstrated supply chain function and/or service delivery business experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with customers and stakeholders and working with matrixed teams and resources
- Data driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at customer, partner and senior management levels
- Demonstrate growth mindset, agility, drive, and reinvention of the way we think, work, and serve customers
