You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and seek various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleEssential Functions:Act as the focal point for finance-related projects, overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery.Collaborate with senior leadership and finance stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial processes at property level.Partner with finance teams to implement process improvements and best practices.Monitor and assess the impact of process changes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems.Collaborate with IT teams, Shared Services, and external vendors for system integration.Manage user training and ongoing support for system adoption.Partner with hotel opening and transition teams to support financial setup.Train and develop Directors of Finance for new hotel openings.Assist new hotels with preparing pre-opening and initial operating budgets.Present a final installation report documenting open points for follow-up.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Effective communicator, able to convey guiding principles and project objectives.Encourage a culture of creativity, innovation, and recognition.Uphold and reinforce Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics
