**Responsibilities**:- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.- Coordinate with U.S.Based teams, including production, design, and installation, to align project timelines, resources, and goals.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.- Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.- Utilize project management software (experience with **CMIC** is a plus) to maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders, and report on project progress.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, promote best practices, and improve project efficiency.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or architectural projects.- Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and projects with multiple stakeholders.- Strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.- Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours to facilitate coordination with the main office.- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.- Bilingual- English and Spanish required**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary- Opportunities for growth within a global team- Collaborative and supportive work culture- Flexible, remote work environmentPay: From $45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you fluent in English?
