**Job Description**:
**Project Management responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate cross functional engineering teams to achieve project goals during the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with SW and HW development functions.
- Main contact/interface and coordinator with customers and stakeholders.
- Risk management within the project.
- Project planning and tracking within project's scope.
- Resources efforts estimation and planning.
- Direct contact with OEMs on project discussions.
- Coordination and preparation of SW releases along with development team (e.g., Technical Releases, Quality Gates).
- Costs estimation and budget development, tracking and control.
- Supports sales and purchasing departments in acquisition phases.
- Responsible for timely delivery of product goals and targets.
- Ensures documentation of the project to fulfill internal and customer quality standards ensuring best practices.
- Ensure system development, validation, and delivery area according to guidelines and processes (e.g. ISO26262, ASPICE, IATF 16949).
- Project meetings organization for internal & external topics.
- Project status monitoring and reporting to upper management on regular basis.
- Travel up to 20% of time, some international travel is possible.
**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's degree**:
- Bachelor of Science on Engineering or related technical fields: Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 6+ years professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project management of automotive projects (product development life cycle automotive industry experience).
**Essential Project Management Skills**
- Self-lead, capable to work independently in an organized and structured way with strong analytical skills, that supports as systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.

**Hands on experience in technical knowledge**:
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience on Software integration using Change and Requirement management tools (CSCRM, ALM, Synergy, etc.)
- Ability to solve technical problems independently with minimum customer interaction.
- Experience with CAN or other communication protocols.
- Process documentations of software outputs
- Integration of different software components
- Software development for CAN communication and vehicle diagnostic services.
**Tools Knowledge**:
- Problem solving tools (8D report, SWOT, 5W2H, etc.)
- Data analysis tools
- Change Request and Problem Reports Tracking tools such as JIRA and ALM.
- DOORS
- MS Excel, Project, Word, and Power Point
**Nice to have**:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive coding rules.
- Experience with source control management tools (i.e. Subversion, GIT, MKS).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as python, perl, etc.
- Experience with diagnostic communication protocols such as UDS, J1939 or GMLAN.
