**PROJECT MANAGER FOR DEVELOPMENT**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- English: 70% - 80%

**Experience**:

- More than 3 years of proven experience, PM.
- Develop necessary work plans.
- Ensure that work plans are given in a timely manner.
- Ensure the deliverables with the required quality.
- Prepare progress presentations for the different stakeholders.
- Ensure an optimal work environment with the different teams.
- Maintain excellent collaboration between all team members and stakeholders.
- Preparation of reports for all levels of stakeholders in collaboration with the CM team.
- Identify risks and establish mitigation plans.
**Desired Skills**:

- Proficient with Oracle modules, Oracle Finance Cloud
- Oracle ERP, SCM, EPM, Etc.
Interations definitions
- Extensive knowledge of integrations (Oracle - QAD)
- Ability to train and work with multidisciplinary and high-performance teams
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies, Certificate desired (Agile, SCRUM, JIRA, Waterfall)

**Activities**:

- Develop project plan for Custom, Reports, Integrations & Emerging Tech
- Follow up activities and deliveries for each module: Definition of processes.
- Application configuration, Testing and Documentation.
- Training
