The Project Manager shall: Assist, in the conceptual planning and presentation of the projects requested by the top management of the company for the due approval of the Board of Directors.
Obtain, collect, evaluate, and present the necessary information (technical, operational, financial, legal, market, etc.)
for the design of approved projects and present recommendations to the Project and Systems Management based on it.
Assist in the preparation of the Business Plan of the projects according to the time objectives and established results (technical, operational and economic), for the final approval of the senior management and Board of Directors of the company, as required.
Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with the selected suppliers and coordinate the timely delivery of contracted products and services.
Plan, coordinate, execute and control the different operational and / or administrative tasks of the approved projects until their completion, ensuring compliance with delivery dates, quality of the results and commitments acquired.
Assist in the review of legal aspects that regulate the offer of services related to each project and in the formulation of contracts that will regulate the relationship of the company with the target client.
Anticipate, identify and evaluate possible risks that may affect the development of the project, and propose mitigation strategies in order to meet the established objectives Ensure the participation of all related technical and administrative areas, depending on the project and / or study that is being developed (finance, human resources, marketing and customer service, related brand, among others).
Manage the resources assigned to each project (budget, team, human resources, etc.
), maximizing their use.
Support in the development of documentation applicable to the processes once the project is put into production (forms for the development of the service, procedures, contingency procedures, manuals, among others).
Experiência y requisitos

QUALIFICATIONS Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Capacity that the position requires for the identification, understanding, analysis, synthesis and conceptual evaluation of situations, as well as to find or design viable and effective solutions.
To organize, work as a team and relate, attitude of respect, commitment and responsibility.
Requires the search and research of new elements that were considered for the design of unusual solutions.
