Get to know us better by visiting our website.Position DescriptionAs a Project Manager - HR Design and Transition, you will:Partner with hiring managers from different countries to facilitate the seamless transition of roles and processes to GBS Mexico, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and smooth integration into the GBS framework.Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align job levels, titles, and compensation structures for transitioning roles, ensuring consistency across the organization.Design and execute comprehensive transition plans that cover all aspects of the process, including detailed knowledge transfer, process stabilization, and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Act as a liaison between HR and GBS management to ensure that all transitions are aligned with the Global Process Landscape, while also addressing any local or regional requirements.Provide ongoing input to recruitment and onboarding teams based on established transition timelines, ensuring that all new hires are fully prepared to integrate into their roles and contribute to the success of GBS Mexico.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of transitions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that service delivery remains seamless and efficient throughout the post-transition phase.Required QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:Minimum 6 years of professional experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and PMP certification are a plus.Experience in HR operations, Total Rewards, and global role transitions across geographies.Strong process documentation and process excellence skills; experience with GBS/GCC/Shared service centers is a plus.Familiarity with process automation is a plus.Proficiency in English & Spanish.About the departmentThe Business Support department in GBS Mexico City is a dynamic and fast-paced team
