Overview:- Repair Project Management ensures all escalations and complaints are managed to excellent professional standards and aligned with Zebra's core values. Demonstrate ownership of escalations and work proactively with stakeholders, management, and internal teams, to resolve issues in a timely manner across regions. Develops and delivers customer specific recovery plans. RPM has the ability to resolve moderate to complex customer inquiries, manage projects and escalated issues. The position operates as a Trusted Advisor to Zebra's key internal customers. Identifies and documents issues impacting customer.**Responsibilities**:- Work directly with Repair Depots and Internal Teams in LATAM region (included but not limited, to Mexico, South America & Central America).- Communicates solutions to customers via multiple channels using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills; diffuses dissatisfied customers.- Fully documents interactions in real-time; Review and validate root cause for all escalated requests and use this information to improve continuously within service delivery teams.- Leading service recovery plans for our critical customers.- Coordinating all parties which are involved with the resolution process.- Establish correct expectations and resolve through effective communication.- Developing and executing against specific customer recovery plans for critical customers.- Manage and drive escalations to resolution.- Monitor and manage escalations in a timely manner.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree0-2 years experience- Beginner to intermediate communication and facilitation skills- Beginner to intermediate presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to direct supervisor/manager or within own work team- Demonstrated familiarity with project management approaches, tools and methodologies. PMP certification preferred or in progress- Beginner to intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project- Beginner to intermediate skills in delegation and follow up
