Project Manager In Marketing

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, digital, and sales departments.
Manage project budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a related role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PMP certification or similar in project management is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with HubSpot (CRM, Content, Commerce, Reporting).
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
