Global Industry leader focus on top quality closure panel solutions to the automotive industry and on fully-integrated production system that supports our customers from product design, tool development, through mass production, is looking for a Project Manager in Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato.
**Responsibilities**
- Carry out the planning, coordination and communication in each project.
- Ensure the execution of projects in a timely manner; through the planning of resources and personnel and having a positive financial control of the project.
- Ensure to achieve the projects objectives in terms of quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- This role will be the primary connection point between the Customer and the company.
- This role will work closely with other including monitoring of work functions (Purchasing, Processing, Manufacturing, Metrology, Controls Design, Mechanical Design, Quality and Other project managers).
- Ensure the correct execution of shipment of tools and production lines.
- Undertake overseas and national automation business
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Facilitate communication with different teams to review status and mitigate risks for implementation
**Requirements**:
- 5-10 years of experience with strong project management background
- Previous experience as Project Manager or Program Manager (Highly preferable) and/or previous experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer
- Experience with automated production cell integration in Automotive industries.
- Advanced English.
- Project Management methodologies
- Knowledge of automated production in automotive industry
- Knowledge in automotive standards: GM, Stellantis (a.k.a.
Chrysler,FCA), others.
- Proficient with MS Office (specially Excel) - MS PROJECT
- AUTOCAD awareness
- GD&T knowledge
- Critical thinking
- Ability to influence cross functional teams / Collaboration
**Additional information**
- 50 K to 65 K gross monthly plus additional benefits.
