The individual ensures the efficient delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, aligning them with business objectives. They establish project governance, oversee resource allocation, manage risks, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion within scope, time, and budget.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring they work cohesively and efficiently.Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership.Provide regular project status updates and manage expectations effectively.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Monitor and address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.Set and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.Quickly identify and address project-related issues and obstacles.Adapt to changing project requirements and scope.Ensure a smooth project closure process, including client acceptance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Align project goals and outcomes with the organization's strategic objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in IT or an MBA is a plus.Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification. Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on IT infrastructure.Proven experience in setting up and managing a PMO in a technology-driven environment.Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary IT infrastructure programs.Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.Understanding of ITIL service management principles
