This role will focus on management of high priority projects and process areas that improve and sustain our Professional Services Units.**Where you will make an impact**- Provide analysis, development, and documentation of improvement opportunities.- Manage deliverables to meet project milestones.- Participate in project meetings and distribute meeting notes and actions.- Identify and communicate project risks, issues and actions.- Analyzing changes in business requirements and updating the existing documents, processes, methods, procedures, and tools to work with these changes.- Support project management activities such as project plans and scheduling.- Assist in creating documentation, webinar or training videos for enablement.- Support multiple teams' efforts.**What you will bring**- Working toward a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Management or Business Administration or related field.- A conscientious, highly motivated self-starter, who is detailed-oriented and committed to make a difference in Higher Education- A strategic thinker that possesses effective time management skills with a focus on long-term success
