**Position Description**
As a Project Manager IT & Marketing Solutions at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Contribute to maintaining the IT Marketing Systems portfolio roadmap status, owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end
- Owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end, from initiation to deployment.
Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting of in-flight activities.
- Identify and manage key dependencies across other IT Marketing initiatives
- Lead the project team and foster close collaboration across functions.
Ensuring project delivery according to established agreements between all teams
- Guide project scoping initiatives and drive stakeholder updates
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience within IT or Marketing systems, with experience leading large initiatives.
Pharmaceutical background is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or similar technologies preferred
- Experience in both waterfall project management and Agile methodologies.
Scrum Master role is preferred.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Fluent in English language.
