Job Description
- Manage information technology and systems (IT-IS) projects in a comprehensive manner, from the definition of the scope, budget and resources, to execution, control and closure, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise project related to information technology activities and resources, both human and material, assigning roles and responsibilities, and establishing objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with the client and stakeholders, reporting on project status, progress and risks, and managing expectations and scope changes.
- Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise during the project,
applying project management methodologies and tools, and making timely and appropriate decisions.
- Provide added value to the project, identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and optimization of processes and systems.
- Evaluate the performance and results of the project, monitoring and controlling quality, time and cost indicators, and preparing reports and final documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related areas.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years as a project manager or IT-IS project manager, with increasing and demonstrable responsibility.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMBOK, SCRUM, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Technical knowledge of information technologies and systems, such as networks, databases, software, hardware, security, etc.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Personal skills : leadership, communication, teamwork, customer orientation, problem solving, decision making, planning and organization, adaptability and flexibility.
