You will be responsible for implementing and executing the localization strategy, managing translation projects from beginning to end. You will manage and maintain collaboration with Developers, Product Managers, Go-To-Market teams, and translators to produce an efficient translation workflow that ensures the product, services, and website are well localized.What will you actually be doing?Define and execute localization strategy and work process focusing on the Japanese market.Track and monitor translation projects, reporting progress to internal stakeholders.Understand and balance various aspects including time, capacity, and quality.Ensure collaboration of cross-functional teams.Work closely with R&D, Go-To-Market teams, and the Japanese sales team.Drive, implement, and track project KPIs.What should you bring to the table?Fluent in Japanese, English, and Hebrew - Must.2 years as a PMO in a tech company.Experience in localization standards (advantage).Excellent ability to plan and organize with high standards and outstanding attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to resolve conflicts.Proactive, responsible, independent, assertive, quick learner, and self-managed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
