Job Title: Jr. Project ManagerReports To: Director of Operations ImplementationThe primary role of the Jr. Project Manager is to provide administrative support to the Project Management team and for helping with many of the duties surrounding project management. They will work as a member of the project team by assisting in the management of assigned projects, including cross functional coordination, status monitoring and reporting, resource tracking, and other administrative tasks. The Jr. Project Manager will need to be well organized and familiar with the basics of project management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and implementation of assigned projects.- Help coordinate and manage project tasks.- Execute assigned administrative duties and tasks in a timely manner.- Creates and utilizes project planning tools to track resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.- Tracks project milestones and adjusts project plans and resources as needed to meet needs and goals.- Act as a point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications.- Organizes meetings and manages the calendar of assigned projects.- Identifies risks and escalates issues around project functionality, quality, and timeliness when and where appropriate- Contribute to other company projects and initiatives as needed.Minimum Job Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in project management required- Knowledge of project management tools including Smartsheets or similar.- Experience working with property management or a background in real estate is a plus- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Skilled in planning, time management, communication, detail oriented and organization.Contract length: 6 monthsApplication Question(s):- How many projects have you managed at the same time?- Are you based in México?**Education**:- Associate (required)**Experience**:- Project management: 3 years (required)- Smartsheet or Similar: 1 year (required)Work Location: Remote
