**Position**: Project Manager Location: Mexican Branch (Puebla, Mexico) Starting date: ASAP...Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a wide range
of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your leadership, communication, and organizational skills will be key in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting clientexpectations, and driving business growth.
**Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered ontime, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, production, and quality, todefine project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while identifying andmitigating potential risks. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all
levels. Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedbackprofessionally and promptly. Provide project teams effective leadership, guidance, and motivation, encouragingcollaboration and a positive work environment.
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project management
processes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and key stakeholders.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Master'sdegree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within theautomotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
