You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative teammates.You'll drive the execution of projects with non-criticality, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations as summarized in the contract charter.Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and Quality Assurance), oversee project timelines and deliverables, and much more.We'll look to you for :Be accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash).As Owner of the Project Management Work Package (WP), the Qualified Project Manager is QCDP accountable for all the activities of its WP.Be responsible for the project governance. Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance).Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.Ensure proper transfer from tender to project.Define Project objectives and main drivers (product / service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract.Manage resources by defining in advance project core team staffing, as well as its WP resources.Escalate when project resources available do not match the project needs.Lead the team, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners.Ensure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project goals.Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among them.Synchronize internal partners and arbitrate when necessary.Align with contractual requirements and arbitrate Q, C, D, P re-baselining and change management at project level.Proactively manage risks, savings, and opportunities.Manage the project progress and its KPIs, and report to senior management with transparency during business / critical project reviews.Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual.Manage customer and external stakeholders' relationships.Support the Customer Director and SPD for customer and partner relationships.Continuously ensure alignment with customer contractual requirements
