You'll drive the execution of projects with non-criticality, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations as summarized in the contract charter.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and Quality Assurance), oversee project timelines and deliverables, and much more."We'll look to you for:Be accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash)As Owner of the Project Management Work Package (WP), the Qualified Project Manager is QCDP accountable for all the activities of its WP.Be responsible for the project governance.
Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance)Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including:Proper transfer from tender to projectDefinition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the ContractResources management:Define in advance project core team staffing, as well as its WP resourcesEscalate when project resources available do not match the project needsTeam leading, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners:Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/ goals.Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among themSynchronize internal partners and arbitrate when necessaryAlignment with contractual requirements and arbitration of Q, C, D, P re-baselining and change management at project levelProactive risk, saving and opportunity managementManagement of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management, with transparency during the business/critical project reviews.
