Main responsibilitiesControl and manage service tasks and projects.Plan and coordinate the installation of new machines and modernizations: delivery, installation, commissioning underway, optimization, acceptance phase.Personnel resource planning: hire the local dispatcher to choose the appropriate personnel from according to the following procedure: check local resources, regional resources, resources external and finally the resources of KMEX and KAG, following the established local procedure.Be responsible for scheduling and budgeting assigned projects (including input into the process quotation, financial management and cost control)Be responsible for the management of the escalation process, including communication and provision of equipment.Countermeasures; collaboration with counterparts between KMEX and KAG.Control and report the capacity used by assigned projects through established KPIs.Liaise and manage subcontractors working for assigned projects.Be in charge of communication and cooperation of all parties involved in the assigned project.Be responsible for managing technical issues throughout the entire project period, including the guaranteed phase.Ensure compliance with existing local and international laws and/or specific requirements of the client for the assigned project.Technical acceptance of project and delivery to LCSBudget and cost controlDedicate 70% to field visits and 30% to administrative work. Requirements and skillsProfile:
1. Administration (LAE), Business, engineering: industrial. robotics, mechanics, mechatronics, certificated.
2. Advanced level of English (contact with Germany and Brazil)
3. 5-7 years of experience in the position as PM
4. Knowledge in the machinery sector
5. Previous labor experience such as Automotive, FMCG or Pharmaceutical.
6. PMI (project management institute) certification desirable
