This role is responsible for planning, delivering, andmanaging multiple exhibitions, ensuring effective execution from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities Project Management:Manage the execution of exhibits and events from planning through completion, focusing on construction, production, cost savings, efficiency, and contract negotiation.Lead multiple exhibition projects simultaneously, continuously improving processes for higher quality and more effective results.Coordination:Coordinate and integrate efforts among operations, marketing, design, merchandising, and production departments to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.Advise production and operations teams on venue layout suitability for various events.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and manage vendor and contractor relationships to meet all obligations and deadlines.Budget and Financial Management:Plan, control, and monitor budgets and operational costs to achieve financial objectives.Establish metrics and standards to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.QualificationsExperience:5+ years of leadership experience in event environments with expertise in construction and production.Proven ability to analyze market trends, develop business strategies, and manage budgets effectively
