If this describes you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoProject Management/Lead for Key Priority Projects that impact directly our BU Goals.Identify, prioritize, and coordinate project and program resources.Help define goals (commercial, marketing, product, financial) and create a vision of success.Drive goal/target accomplishment over Key priority projects for CGA.Regular follow-up with cross-functional teams.Help focus stakeholders' efforts.Set up alignment calls for decision-making with the Steering Committee.Proactively manage risk/change.
Enable informed decision-making through evaluation and recommendations.Build synergies and processes to drive alignment and decision-making.Implement Prime methodology for ensuring project success in all areas during the life cycle of the project.Provide administrative guidance and support for key and complex projects (KPPs).Ensure rigorous documentation and seek to transfer learnings across the business.Look for tools and methodologies to improve project management.Conduct training and capabilities development for different areas to manage projects.Who You AreProject Manager with 1-3 years of experience, business-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills.Professional Degrees or related Careers: Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
