This is a Work Remote role and requires telephonic support for North America. You will be part of the world-class international service delivery team of Globibo. You will work with outstanding colleagues to handle challenging projects spanning different countries, customers, and services. Together with our international sales and account managers, you will drive translation and interpretation projects as well as training workshops and language courses.Your ImpactResponsibilitiesProject Managers are part of the world-class international Service Delivery Team of Globibo. You will:Manage end-to-end sourcing of Localization services.Manage all recruitment activities for new linguists.Assist the sales team with client proposals and manage the test translation process within the delivery team.Evaluate and maintain data integrity of vendor databases, records, templates, instructions, training materials, procedures, and other related documents.Continually develop creative ways to source new vendors.Identify vendors who meet targeted guidelines, negotiate rates and other work arrangements, and identify opportunities to develop strategic pricing models.Ensure there is a queue of pre-selected vendors suitable for future projects depending on constantly changing needs.Maintain awareness of industry standards, practices, tools, and resources regarding vendors and propose revisions to company direction, operation, and policies accordingly.Determine project scope with Account Managers (or clients).Drive resource allocation and handover.Ensure Quality Standards of the project are met.Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management.Develop relationships with partners to foster reliability and productivity.Plan the project by understanding the scope, determining the resources, and developing the project schedule.Execute the project according to the project plan/timelines/schedules.Manage complex projects for corporate and public sector clients ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.Maintain records as required and adhere to ISO procedures and requirements.Troubleshoot and analyze root causes in order to initiate improvements.Your Potential ProfileRequired education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Translations (or equivalent), Business, Finance, Management, or Economics; preferably a Master's or MBA.5-8 years of experience in managing regional operations (specifically in Localization and Translation).Strong managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills; strong negotiating skills; ability to think strategically; forward-thinking
