**Description**:Responsible for leading the Project Portfolio.
Such projects may include, expansions, new business/client lines, new venues, technological transitions, and any need considered a project, among the strategic indicators for the country.
**Implementations Manager's Basic Duties**:Leading the budget definition process, cost analysis, and action plan designs for the different lines of action.
This the essential point of contact for the financial information, execution times, activities deliverables, and the people responsible for them by delivering periodic reports to all the participants in the project.
**Requirements**:- 5-year experience as Project Manager- Advance English level - 85% minimum- Majored in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering.- Master of Business Administration, PMP Certification- Project Management Methodology- Lean Six Sigma Methodology- ITIL, COBIT, SOX, PCI, EBK Standard- SW Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile)- Coaching- Finances, Balanced Score Card- Risk Management, Business Modelling- Microsoft Office management, advanced Microsoft Project- Assertive communication, Leadership- Innovation, Commitment- Customer-oriented- Responsibility, Empathy- Teamwork- Adaptable to changes- Conflict resolution, Negotiation- Analytic Thinking
