The Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is a growing team of Pediatricians and Pediatric Care Teammates who are excited to be part of the first nationwide Pediatric Primary Care Medical Home. We further our uniqueness by ensuring the clinician voice is leading our medical home innovations.**Title**: Project Manager**:**Main Function**:Responsible for planning and supervising projects to ensure on time completion and within the assigned budget. Planning the weekly meetings for each project, as well as sending the weekly status report for each project.**Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Determine and define the scope and objectives of national-level electronic health record (EHR) transition projects.- Define the resources needed to achieve objectives and manage them efficiently.- Monitor the individual budget for each project.- Develop the project schedule and update the Gantt chart as needed.- Provide weekly updates on each project and analyze potential risks.- Oversee progress and make necessary adjustments.- Measure performance to identify areas of opportunity.- Conduct process audits, evaluate compliance and effectiveness in productive areas.- Create presentations (PowerPoint) for the start and final report of each project.- Send transition surveys and provide results.**Skills and Knowledge**:- Advanced English- Previous Smartsheet work experience (preferred)- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.- Conflict management skills.- Ability to delegate.- Excellent organization of processes and stakeholders.- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.- Analytical skills.- Initiative for problem-solving.**Requirements**:- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Medical Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience (preferred in the healthcare sector).- U.S. tourist visa (preferred).- Project Management certification or course (PMP preferred).- The Pediatric Associates Family of Companies an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employers and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.Location: Pediatric Associates - IntegrationsSchedule: Full Time, Days
