.**Job Overview**:Established in 2017 our client is one of the most trusted names in real estate marketing.A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for nurturing the company's relationship with new and existing clients. The responsibilities of a Project Manager include managing, understanding, and guiding projects into completion. Set follow-up appointments and keep constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their projects. Perform and be proficient in the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. A Project Manager facilitates internal and external communications regarding the state of projects, ensuring those stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.**Workplace Culture**:We are a privately funded and owned agency. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.**Rate paid in USD: $ 11.70 per hour****Responsibilities**- Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources.- Serve as the day-to-day contact for accounts.- Answers clients' questions and general inquiries.- Handles client onboarding for complex needs.- Perform consultative upgrades that align with client goals.- Execute Key Account Management (KAM).- Maintains and tracks client relationships in company's CRM, such as Hubspot.- Conduct and participate in lead generation and sales.- Participate in vendor events or pitch presentations.- Assists with training, mentoring, and coaching team members.- Enforces company policies and procedures.- Manages brokerage accounts as a Major Accounts Executive.- Identifies and determines system improvements.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining- personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
