This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.The Project Manager must have a background in Software Development Life Cycle, and Agile Methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects, and work closely with other business unitsEssential functions and responsibilities include:Develop policies, procedures, forms and reporting for all departments within the company.Draft SOPs and implement/monitor SLAs for all staff companywide.Develop structured project plans start to finish.Collaborate with department heads to identify requirements, monitor progress, oversee implementation, and manage milestones and KPIs to track project advancement.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.Meet project deadlines, identify project obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate and resolve issues effectively.Track and report progress on various initiatives.Other projects and duties as assigned.Requirements2-3 years experience in project management or relevant fieldLoan/mortgage industry experience preferred100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferredExperience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience requiredAbility to prioritize effectively and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detailYou must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal.BenefitsContract/Consultancy Position11 US Paid Holiday DaysSalary DOE#J-18808-Ljbffr
