**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, etc.), land restoration, land management, and/or similar project development.
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for complex projects.
- Strong risk management skills to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Success working with multiple, overlapping stakeholders and counterparties from different regions of the world and with different objectives.
- Success navigating regulations, permits, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Success managing project finances, controlling costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.
- Success negotiating contracts, agreements, and terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the voluntary carbon credit market (preferred), particularly improved forest management, grasslands restoration, and biodiversity project development and the related registries and standards bodies.
**Education**:
- Education and/or experience in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Soil, Forestry, Renewables, Oil/Gas, Natural Sciences (Biology, Geology, Biochemistry), Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical) or related fields.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent project management credentials.

- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to inform and influence.

- Capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
**Other**:
- **Proficiency with Smartsheet**.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
- Interest in occasionally traveling internationally for project needs.
- Preferred Location: U.S. or Mexico.
**What You'll be Doing**
- Executing and managing the detailed program and project management of Cultivo's live natural capital regeneration projects around the world.
- Managing contractor and supplier relationships, including search, recruitment, and performance assessment.
- Collaborating with dozens of diverse stakeholders and counterparties, including but certainly not limited to landowners, project developers, auditors, ranchers, regulatory bodies, scientists, consultants, and local communities.
- Designing and supervising the monitoring, reporting, and verification processes of projects.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders; connecting the dots across departments and keeping all moving parts of a project organized and on target.
- Providing ongoing contributions to Cultivo's systems and infrastructure, including its Technology Platform.
- Continue to refine Cultivo's overall project management systems and procedures.
