This position will be based in Querétaro.Manage product development VALUE and application projects for a given scope of territories and customers within B+H portfolio; from project initiationuntil product launch, articulating with all internal and external stakeholders; for ensuring specification, time, budget and cost targets are achieved in order to contribute for a profitable business.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and execute New Product Development (VALUE) projects according to Stage-Gate process.Collect requirements (USR) and define scope.Manage project scenarios together with Quotation Manager.Run project kick-off meeting together with Quotation Manager.Create project communication plan.Create and manage WBS and schedule.Monitor project technical aspects together with Product Design and Engineering and Industrialization teams.Monitor project economical and financial aspects together with Quotation Manager and Finance team.Drive and/or support product qualification at customer filling line.Manage samples for both VALUE and Application projects.Coordinate metrology analysis and laboratory tests for product development.Initiate codification process in ERP system with Product Value Engineering and Data Management team.Run launch meeting.Make technical and economical-financial post-launch assessment.Run project closing and lessons learnt meeting.Integrate VALUE projects within Planisware.EducationUniversity degree in Engineering or other related business field.Postgraduate education on project management or business administration is desirable.PMI certification or similar is additionally valued.LanguageEnglish advanced skillsExperience3 to 5 years in similar positions.Positions in the packaging industry or B2B environments are desirable.Positions in multi-national and multi-cultural companies are desirable.Skills / AbilitiesHolistic vision of the business combined with a strong technical background.Full ownership of the projects under his/her responsibility.Strategic thinking combined with sense of urgency for when it is needed.Strong analytical mindset able to bring precise and robust analysis using several data sources
