YOUR TASKS Working within the project team according to the HELLA PEP7 as standardized process for development projects Follow-up the targets in terms of quality, cost and timing – QTC by analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the projects – Re-DtC Supporting in implementation actions to ensure best practices based on the quality, cost and timing - QTC targets specified by the clients, using major result-securing methods (e.g. FMEA, Engineering Change Management) in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency Initiation of continuous product development to ensure the QCT targets for the plant; like manufacturing costs, gross margin, non-quality expenses; through the analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the project (risks, problems, opportunities, threats), looking for driving lean manufacturing PROJECT MANAGER OPERATIONS
