Job Title: Project Manager
Overview: Project Manager, Partner Engagement will act as main POC for Partner Concerns related SaaS Tech Needs.
- Capable to handle any T1 account-PD/PMG Coordination for case resolutions
- Active Participation in Triad meeting
- Prioritize and Collaboration with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times
- Partner engagement and contribution to successfull SaaS implementations
Responsabilities:
Responsible for the entirety of the process from booking meetings, share implementation/business process from BY and on boarding the partner and clients to the platform. While also be the main point of contact, nurturing and further developing the relationship.
- Project Manager, Partner Engagement, will serve as SaaS Partner Manager with hands-on experience to handle key processes for a successful BY SaaS implementation.
- Project Manager, Partner Engagement, will take an active role by being an agent of change in order to identify process improvements with partners and customers. Should work collaboratively with internal BY teams, all stakeholders and be aware of escalation paths. Work closely with the other Managers, VPs, Tech Leads and other senior managers in maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Qualifications:
Project/Customer management, 6 years of proven experience required
Customer Success
- Collaborate with partner to establish the solution KPI's
- Customer Steering Committee Participation
- Active interaction with customer/partner and CE where no Triad Model exist
- Break Internal silos to provide Agile responses
- Prioritize and Collaboration with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times
- Ensure positive C-SAT during implementation cycle'
Partner Success
- Main POE for Partner SaaS Needs

- Partner Collaboration for Integrated Delivery Plans
- Ensure Partner follows BY Process/Docs
- Contribute for Long Term Strategies by aligning with PMO/Partner Alliances teams

- Provide Visibility to Sr. Leadership
- Ensure Environment Delivery
- PD/PMG Coordination for case resolutions
- Raise resource requirements with alliance manager/CE to keep the project on track
