The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple small and medium customer-facing engagements from receiving the signed SOW to completion of services across all of the Converge practice groups.General AccountabilitiesPrerequisite and product trackingReview SOW and complete initial planning activitiesWork with resource managers to assign project resourcesConduct internal and external project kick-off calls w/slide deckConduct internal and external weekly status meetingsCreate and maintain the weekly status report template for each projectTrack task completion %, budget, scope changes, schedule, issues, risksCreate and maintain the project plan - Ensure milestone billing notifications are sent to the accountingApprove project timesheets and invoicesConsistently complete weekly updates of PSA tool project status, status notes, start/end datesUpdate and maintain project technical resource schedules/bookings in the PSA toolAttend weekly project review meetings to discuss/provide updates to management on projects in progressConduct project close-out meeting and lessons learned meetingSubmit customer surveysPSA administrative closeoutConsistently achieve project management utilization targetsJob QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree (preferred)ITSM foundation training is required.Experience:3-5 years of experience managing small to medium projectsBasic Technical Knowledge in the Areas of IT Infrastructure, Network / Security, and Next Generation Data CenterExperience with multi-site deployment (staging, remote hands, structure cabling) projectsExperience with Agile Methodology on Software Development Projects (preferred)OpenAir, Smartsheet, and Jira Experience (preferred)Professional SkillsStrong Verbal and Written Communication with Technical and Non-technical IndividualsExcellent Attention to DetailExceptional Administrative, Organizational, and Time Management/Prioritization SkillsStrong Issue and Problem-Solving SkillsCustomer Service Mindset (Internal and External)Preferred CertificationsAgile CertificationCSM CertificationPMP CertificationITIL Certification#J-18808-Ljbffr
