Project Manager (Pmo) - Nba Mexico, Project Employee

**Position Summary**: This 12-month project position will be responsible for the idealization, planning and management of strategic growth projects. Assuring that new initiatives will achieve long-term growth targets, not just in revenues but also fan base growth. This position will lead new initiatives working closely with the NBA Mexico Country Head and will be supported by various departments including Sales, Events, Marketing and Content to plan and execute program deliverables.|Major Responsibility: Idealization of new business opportunities and platforms for the local market Manage local RFPs processes with vendors and agencies Design a P&L for each initiative with support from finance, strategy and sales teams Connect with each internal NBA departments to align business verticals' needs and visions Develop management reports for each initiatives and communicating inside the NBA|Required Skills/Knowledge: Strategic planning (short, medium and long term KPIs) Operational management support Build and execution of budgets Establish metrics and indicators to follow up Collaborate with leadership and executive teams Project Management skills Collaboration with multiple stakeholders Strategic Thinking Decision Making Problem Solutions Communication skills Analytical skills|Education: Advanced level of English Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
