The Project Manager for the Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for leading and managing procurement related projects that support the strategic objectives and priorities of the CoE. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and close projects successfully and efficiently, following the project management standard operating procedure (SOP), design thinking methodologies and best practices from recognized institutions (such as the PMI, etc) and Thomson Reuters.**About the Role**In this opportunity as a **Project Manager - Procurement Ops** you will:- Full responsibility for project outcomes and success.- Lead project planning activities, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.- Develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans.- Define and enforce project governance, ensuring decisions are made by appropriate authorities.- Produce and deliver project outputs, meeting requirements and specifications.- Ensure the quality and sustainability of project outcomes for customer satisfaction.- Monitor project performance, track status, manage changes, and resolve risks and issues.- Document lessons learned and evaluate project impacts and results.- Define roles and responsibilities, promote effective working relationships, and support cross-functional goals.- Encourage decision-making at the lowest level and support escalations when necessary.- Lead design thinking for problem-solving and strategy development.- Enhance business knowledge and leverage resources effectively.- Support Program Manager and Center of Excellence with necessary materials and insights**About You**You're a fit for the role if your background includes- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management or related field.- Project management certification, such as PMP, is required.- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a global context.- Experience with AI and prompt engineering in project management is desired.- Experience in developing low code/no code solutions and leading design thinking workshops.- Strong project management methodologies, tools, and techniques knowledge.- Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI is desired.- Excellent English proficiency (written, spoken, and comprehension).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate with diverse audiences.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Proactive problem-solver, capable of anticipating and resolving issues.- Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes and uncertainties.- Customer-focused, results-oriented, meeting stakeholder needs and quality standards
