The Company* Factories in Malaysia, China, India, Mexico, South Africa * Export to 105 countries around the world.* Global MNCs customers in Petrol Retail, Automotive, Quick Service Restaurants, Health & Beauty, and Telecommunication.* Single source solution provider of innovative, engineered manufacturing products and services in full compliance with engineering standards.The Job* Responsible for construction, renovations, and fit-out for retail chain.* Project management budget, schedule, construction, and quality.* Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, designers, architects, for all requirements, standards, specifications.* Directing, planning, managing, and controlling overall renovation/construction work in timely and cost-effective manner.* Provide technical solutions to customers.Responsibilities* Prepares scope of work, project delivery schedules, resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, and quality control.* Resources planning and control manpower, equipment, materials, and budget throughout the project cycle until the completion.* Evaluate progress and solve all issues to prevent delay or cost over-run.* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.* Lead team to succeed in projects and provide on-the-job training and guidance to coworkers.The Candidate* Minimum diploma in related interior design, engineering, architecture, preferred.* At least 7 years of relevant working experience in related fields of commercial interior renovation projects.* Possess strong knowledge, skills, and experience in managing and coordinating renovation projects work.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
