Eaton's EPG CPD UL Bussmann division is currently seeking a Project Manager: SAP Functional Expert.
**What you'll do**:
- The SAP functional expert is responsible for developing standard work and training other Bussmann employees on how to best leverage SAP as our ERP and MRP system.
This role will analyze data and transaction codes (t-codes) used to run the business and provide recommendations on how to better utilize SAP reporting and functions to build business processes that will improve key metrics, drive customer requirements, and eliminate waste.- Develop standard work for key SAP business processes in conjunction with functional leaders.
- Develop and analyze reports to drive actions across functions such as production planning, manufacturing, and shipping teams.
- Drive improvements in data health ensuring that Bussmann is using SAP to its full potential.
- Provide weekly/monthly summaries to leadership team as required.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals to use SAP to eliminate waste within the business.
- Perform other training, projects, analyses and data extraction as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, business, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis to determine accuracy / integrity and identify necessary actions to enhance completeness of data delivered in the reports and dashboards.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP t-codes and business processes and how they interact
- Excel, business warehouse, or power BI experience
- Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely, and to communicate clearly to management and peers
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience in maquiladoras and manufacturing in high volume / high mix processes
- Experience with SAP upgrades and multiple versions of SAP
