Mandatory QualificationsEducation and Certification- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or any other recognized and relevant professional Scrum certification is required.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.- Proven experience in leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies in a software development environment.- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery.- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
