Scrum Process Facilitation
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile practices and ceremonies effectively.
- Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, both internal and external.
Sprint Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and refine user stories.
- Plan and manage sprint goals to ensure they are met.
- Monitor sprint progress to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
- Ensure transparency in team performance and sprint outcomes for stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate their needs into the product development process.
Team Coaching and Development
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.

Metrics and Reporting

- Identify potential risks and work with the team and stakeholders to mitigate them.
- Ensure the team is aware of any dependencies and manage them proactively.
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts within the team and with external parties.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Implement best practices in Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Agile practices to introduce new tools and techniques.
2. Mandatory Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or any other recognized and relevant professional Scrum certification is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Proven experience in leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies in a software development environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Understanding of various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean etc.

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
